Back in October 2020 Pat McNair, the very well known face of the Special Educational Needs and Advice Support Service (SENDIASS) for Hammersmith and Fulham, retired. Since then ‘Insights’ who provide the service for H&F have been continuing to offer free and impartial support and advice to empower families.
