Education (EHC) and Children’s Social Care surgery at the Stephen Wiltshire Centre

Do you have an issue that you need to discuss? This surgery will give you an opportunity to speak to someone face to face. The surgery is for pre-booked one to one appointments with either the Education Health Care planning or Children’s Social Care team.

Sessions are for Hammersmith & Fulham residents only. Appointments are 20 minutes, for pre-booked appointments only. 

We will email members to announce when we are taking bookings for the surgery, spaces are limited.
