EHC and Children’s Social Care Surgery at the Stephen Wiltshire Centre

We will be holding another Surgery with the Education (EHC) and Children’s Social Care teams at the Stephen Wiltshire Centre between 10am -12pm.

This is for booked one to one appointments only. (The Centre is located behind Queen’s Manor Primary School on Queensmill Rd, London SW6 6JR)  https://goo.gl/maps/zXQoM9u3BujBuAou9 ).

There are a limited number of appointments available which are only suitable for Hammersmith & Fulham residents.

We will ask you to confirm the following –

1. Whether you would like an appointment between 10am-11am or 11am-12pm
2. Which service you would like to see, Education or Children’s Social Care
3. What you would like to discuss at the appointment

Appointments are 20 minutes long and we request that you come 10 minutes early in case the professionals can see you earlier. Appointments are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (with a priority given to those who did not attend the previous surgery).
