Session for parent carers of young people/ adults (19+): Transitioning to adult health services – at the Masbro Centre

Transitioning to adult health services. The session will be run with a consultant paediatrician working in Chelsea and Westminster hospital, who is very keen to hear from parents about their experience of transitioning to adult health services and to understand what we need to do to improve it….
