Summer Activities List

We are now beginning the summer holiday period. We will be taking a short break at Parentsactive and our events will begin again in September. Thank you to everyone who has joined us on Zoom – in the last few challenging months. We hope that we have been able to offer you some level of support in this rather difficult time.

We have put together a list of Summer Activities for children, young people and families. There is a good mix of activities suited to all ages and abilities, so do hope that you find something to take part in. If there is anything that you would like to add – please do be in touch.

Topics covered across the whole course range from looking after pets to learning more about wildlife and farm animals. Accreditation from this course can be useful for personal statements and also to demonstrate interest in vocational subjects that are not typically taught in school. Likewise animal care is a practical way to use knowledge learned in science.
