Understanding the Annual Review Process: SEND Law Training for Parent Carers

The annual review process can feel daunting and complex, but it doesn’t have to be.

We’re excited to bring you another free online training workshop designed to equip parent carers with the knowledge and information needed to navigate the annual review process, based on SEND law. This workshop will be delivered by Eleanor, from SOS!SEN,  a legal expert in the field with over 25 years of experience as a SEN solicitor.

If you’re a parent carer of a child with an EHCP and their first annual review is approaching—or if you’d like a refresher, especially if you’re facing challenges in ensuring all their needs are met and covered—this session will be crucial in understanding the actions required to complete the annual review. Being equipped with SEND law knowledge will help ensure the review accurately reflects your child’s needs and legal entitlements.

Spaces for this event will be very limited, with priority given to parents going through their first annual review.
